Here is a story regarding David Farr, a hospital respiratory therapist who was fired from his job after pornographic sites were found to have been bookmarked on the computer he used.  Farr claims that the hospital did not update or properly maintain security on their network and that the sites were automatically bookmarked by malware that had infiltrated the hospital’s network.  The case has yet to be determined, but it does appear that what Farr claims happened is a real possibility.
